Resonance National Entrance Test (ResoNET)

• ResoNET registration closes 4 days before the respective Test Date.
• The application form fee is ₹300/- (inclusive of all applicable taxes).
• To take admission in a particular Classroom Program and Phase, a student may appear in any two ResoFAST/ResoNET tests by paying a reappearance fee of ₹200/-. The best performance among the two tests will be considered. The student’s roll number will remain the same for all such tests.
• The ResoNET result will be declared within 6 days of conducting the examination and will be communicated through SMS/call or through such other mode as may be determined by Resonance Nagpur.
• The decision of Resonance Nagpur shall be final and binding in all respects, and no further communication or correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
• Resonance Nagpur reserves the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, or cancel the test at any time without prior notice.
• The application form fee paid by the student shall not be refundable under any circumstances.

Scholarship

• Scholarships shall be applicable for the respective academic session/program duration, as specified by Resonance Nagpur from time to time.
• The scholarship shall be applicable to a student only after taking admission in the respective eligible program.
• The scholarship shall be calculated on the Total Course Fee (Tuition Fee + applicable GST), excluding the Study Material cost of ₹10,000/- and any applicable Special One-Time Fee.
• If a student is eligible for more than one scholarship under different criteria or scholarship schemes offered by Resonance Nagpur, the student shall be entitled to only the best/highest applicable scholarship, as determined by Resonance Nagpur.
• Scholarship shall not be calculated on any One-Time Fee component.
• A student who has appeared in ResoFAST and has subsequently taken admission in Resonance Nagpur shall not be permitted to appear in ResoNET on the basis of the same enrollment number. The course fee paid by such student shall not be transferable to any other course.
• The performance of a student in ResoFAST and ResoNET shall be considered independently. Performance-linked scholarships based on the two tests shall not be combined, linked, or transferred.
• Scholarship schemes, eligibility criteria, scholarship percentages, fee benefits, and related terms may vary from time to time and from one study centre to another.

Course Fee

• All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR).
• The applicable fee structure shall be for the respective academic session/program, as specified by Resonance Nagpur from time to time.
• The Total Course Fee shall include Tuition Fee + Study Material Cost and applicable GST, unless otherwise specified in the applicable fee structure.

• You can replace the existing Course Fee clause with the following statement:
• The fee structure provided to the student/parent/guardian in hard copy at the time of admission shall be applicable to the respective study centre/program for which it is issued.

• The rate of GST and other applicable taxes are subject to revision by the Government of India or any other competent authority. Any increase or decrease in applicable taxes shall be passed on to the student as per applicable law. Students shall be informed appropriately wherever required.
• Any applicable scholarship shall be calculated on the Total Course Fee, inclusive of applicable Tuition Fee and GST, and excluding Study Material Cost as specified in the applicable fee structure.
• The One-Time Fee benefit shall not be applicable where a student is awarded a scholarship of 25% or more, or as otherwise specified under the applicable scholarship/fee policy.
• The Advance Registration Fee (ARF) is non-refundable. The manner of adjustment of ARF against the course fee/first installment shall be as specified in the applicable fee structure or admission terms.
• A student shall be permitted to appear for the entrance examination for the month/course/program for which the student intends to deposit the applicable fee, subject to the prevailing admission rules.
• If a student has already appeared for the ResoNET entrance examination but has not enrolled for classes, the student shall be required to deposit the fee applicable for the month in which admission is confirmed. Any discounted or promotional fee applicable to a previous month shall not be applicable in such cases.
• Fee submission deadlines:
  • 1st Installment: Before commencement of classes
  • 2nd Installment: As per the dates specified in the applicable Fee Structure.
• Fee structures, installment schedules, discounts, fee benefits, and other financial terms may be revised from time to time and shall be governed by the applicable fee structure in force at the time of admission.

• Decisions regarding scholarships, fee benefits, fee-payment due dates, course/medium/study-centre transfers, eligibility, admission, and other related matters shall be at the sole discretion of the Institute Management, subject to applicable policies and regulations.
• Resonance Nagpur reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions, scholarship policies, fee structures, eligibility criteria, and other admission-related policies from time to time. The updated terms published on the website shall be applicable from the effective date specified therein.
• Students and parents/guardians are advised to refer to the latest version of the Terms & Conditions, Fee Structure, Scholarship Policy, and other applicable admission policies before registering for the examination or confirming admission.
• In case of any discrepancy between the information published on the website and the applicable fee structure provided to the student/guardian/parents at the time of admission, admission document, scholarship policy, or other official communication issued by Resonance Nagpur, the latest applicable official policy/document shall prevail.
