At Resonance Nagpur, course cancellation and fee refund requests are governed by the institute’s prescribed refund rules. Students/parents are required to comply with the applicable timelines, deductions, documentation, and application procedure mentioned below.

1. Course Cancellation

A student wishing to discontinue or cancel their admission/course must submit a Pre-Formatted Fee Refund/Cancellation Application Form available at the Resonance Nagpur office.

Requests communicated verbally or through WhatsApp, SMS, telephone, or email will not be considered as valid cancellation/refund requests.

2. Calculation of Cancellation Period

The number of days for determining the applicable cancellation/refund deduction shall be calculated from the official date of commencement of the course, and not from the date on which the student actually joins or attends the course.

Sunday shall be treated as a working day for the purpose of calculating the cancellation/refund period, as academic activities such as tests, self-study, computer lab and other academic facilities may be conducted on Sundays.

Cancellation Application Procedure

To cancel the course and request a refund, the student/parent must:

1. Collect the Pre-Formatted Fee Refund/Cancellation Application Form from the Resonance Nagpur fee counter.
2. Complete and sign the application form.
3. Submit the completed application along with the required original documents, including:
   • Original Fee Receipt(s)
   • Original Identity Card
   • Cancelled Cheque
   • Any other documents required by the institute
4. Obtain a duly signed and stamped Acknowledgement Receipt from the institute and retain it for future reference.

Disciplinary Grounds

If a student, batch, class, or majority of students is found involved in an incident of indiscipline, the institute may take disciplinary action, including rustication, in accordance with its rules.

In such cases, any fee refund shall be governed by the institute’s applicable refund policy and may be reduced or not payable, depending upon the circumstances and applicable rules.

8. Management’s Decision

Fee cancellation and refund shall be subject to the institute’s prevailing rules and regulations. The Management of Resonance Nagpur reserves the sole right to take the final decision regarding cancellation, deductions, eligibility, and refund.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any legal matter or dispute relating to course cancellation or fee refund shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nagpur City, Maharashtra, only.
